Café Clandestien is a private dining and private chef service in Amsterdam, run by chef and sommelier Ricky Russo and wine importer Winestories. We come to cook at your home, office or event space, occasionally we host dinners at our wine shop Winestories

Do you travel outside Amsterdam?
Yes, on request. Let us know where and we'll confirm if it's possible.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, but reach out even if your date is close, we'll always try to make it work.
What kind of food do you cook?
Ricky's cooking draws on his background as a chef and sommelier in Tuscany and Amsterdam, Italian, French, Scandinavian and he loves to cook Asian. Built around natural, low-intervention, organic and locally sourced ingredients.
What wines do you serve?
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
All wines come from Winestories, our own wine import, natural, low-intervention wines, imported directly from the winemaker. We have wine from classic to wild.

Can you provide plates, glassware and staff?
Yes, we can bring plates, glassware, napkins and service staff on request.
Do you offer wine tastings or wine related dinners?
Yes, we host guided wine tastings and classes, either at our own space or at your location.
